Este mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de julio de 2026, al exterior del recinto legislativo, un grupo encabezado por el activista Renato Romero Camacho protagoniz\u00f3 momentos de tensi\u00f3n que desvirtuaron el ejercicio democr\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Romero Camacho, conocido por su activismo en defensa del agua y el territorio en municipios como San Miguel Xoxtla, Nealtican y la regi\u00f3n Libres-Oriental, ha participado en diversas movilizaciones contra proyectos de infraestructura relacionados con la gesti\u00f3n h\u00eddrica en Puebla. En 2025 fue detenido tras una protesta en San Miguel Xoxtla, aunque un juez determin\u00f3 no vincularlo a proceso por falta de elementos suficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras en el interior del Congreso se discut\u00edan los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y financieros del Cableb\u00fas, un sistema de transporte que representa una alternativa para mejorar la movilidad y reducir la desigualdad en la regi\u00f3n, afuera la protesta se torn\u00f3 en confrontaci\u00f3n entre manifestantes y otras personas presentes. Este episodio reaviva el debate sobre el derecho leg\u00edtimo a la manifestaci\u00f3n y los l\u00edmites que deben establecerse para evitar que se convierta en violencia que afecta a la sociedad en general.<\/p>\n<p>Es fundamental reconocer que proyectos como el Cableb\u00fas buscan atender las necesidades de transporte de sectores hist\u00f3ricamente marginados, contribuyendo a la justicia social y a la equidad econ\u00f3mica. La defensa de los derechos colectivos debe ir acompa\u00f1ada del respeto a la convivencia pac\u00edfica y al patrimonio com\u00fan, para que las luchas sociales no se vean opacadas por actos que perjudican a toda la comunidad.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-x\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p>\n<a
